Description
Our Posing and Responding to Questions lesson plan teaches students strategies for coming up with and answering effective and helpful questions. During this lesson, students are asked to practice reading paragraphs and writing effective questions to ask the writer and effective answers to given questions. Students are also asked to read a paragraph and tell why the given questions are not effective and rewrite them.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to pose and respond to specific questions with elaboration and detail by making comments that contribute to the topic, text, or issue under discussion.
