Description
Our Sequencing lesson plan develops reading comprehension and written expression skills by exploring the concept of chronological order and introducing words that show sequence in a story or text. During this lesson, students are asked to work collaboratively, with a partner, to complete an activity in which they rearrange sentences to make them make sense chronologically. Students are also asked to choose the sentences which logically would come next in a story on their own in order to demonstrate their understanding of the lesson.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to define sequence, identify sequence in stories and other content, and effectively communicate using strategies to show the correct sequence or events.
