Description
Our Prepositional Phrases Lesson Plan expands writing skills as students learn what prepositional phrases are how to use them. Students are asked to work collaboratively and use their creative writing skills in an activity in which they write a story using prepositional phrases and then share them with a partner. Students are also asked to identify prepositions and prepositional phrases in provided sentences to demonstrate their understanding of the lesson.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify and use prepositional phrases, write a story using prepositional phrases, and explain the difference between adverb and adjective prepositional phrases.
