Description
Our Volume Measurement Concepts lesson plan teaches students all about volume and how it is measured. During this lesson, students are asked to demonstrate their understanding of the lesson vocabulary by filling in blanks in sentences with vocabulary words. Students are also asked to look at figures and decide how many cubic units make up each solid figure, showing that they understand how to determine that by looking at a solid, three-dimensional figure made up of cubic units.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to recognize and explain volume as an attribute of solid figures and understand concepts of volume measurement.
