Inequalities (1-2)

With our Inequalities lesson plan for grades 1-2, students learn about inequalities and the symbols used to represent them (>, <, and =). Students practice using these symbols during this lesson.

Our Inequalities (1-2) lesson plan teaches students the basics about inequalities, including what the symbols (< and >) mean. During this lesson, students are asked to practice using the greater than, less than, and equals signs to show the relationship between two numbers or two sets.

At the end of the lesson, students will be able to compare numbers using the <, >, and = sign through the hundreds.
