Description
Our Word Connections – Grade 2 lesson plan teaches students how to create or identify real-world connections between words. During this lesson, students are asked to work collaboratively with a partner to take turns drawing two words out of a hat and then make a real-life connection using the two words they drew, demonstrating their ability to make connections between any two given words. Students are also asked to choose the two words from a list that a given word has real-world connections to.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify real-life connections between words and their use.
